One building, more than one access problem
Suppose your office key works in the street entrance but not the suite, or a lobby door is open while your own unit remains locked. Those are separate locks with potentially different people responsible for them. Tell us which barrier is stopping you and whether a manager or owner needs to authorize a change.
For commercial locksmith work, identify the door, suite and person responsible for the premises. A reception desk may be able to explain access arrangements without controlling the private lock itself. The shopfront and shared-access guide helps separate a tenant's door from a shared entrance or staff route.
